The Challenge: MDM Healthcare needed hospital decision makers, CFOs and IT directors, to understand a broad service, patient-room TVs, satellite TV, infrastructure, interactive patient education, and installation, without drowning them in a feature list. The harder job was making single-source procurement feel like the obvious choice.

The Solution: We built a comparison story around two buyers. Bob chooses MDM’s all-in-one solution and watches the pieces come together like a puzzle. Frank tries to save by sourcing every piece separately and ends up tangled in incompatible systems and finger-pointing vendors. The contrast carries the whole argument.

The Result: A memorable 2D explainer that turns an abstract procurement decision into a story anyone in a hospital can follow, ending on a clear reason to call MDM.
