The training had to explain the foundational Volume formula (Distribution × Rate of Sale), break down execution KPIs, and connect planning tools to field execution—all while maintaining engagement across thousands of employees.

**Our Solution:**
We created a 3D animated training video combining whiteboard-style illustrations with character-driven storytelling. The video breaks down the Volume formula, explains the five levers of Rate of Sale (Pricing, Space, Displays, Marketing, Activations), and demonstrates how to connect execution to planning using the WJBP tool.
