The Challenge: ActiveBuilding needed to make dry property management software feel urgent to busy apartment managers and owners. The status quo, endless resident calls, package clutter, and complaints, is a real pain point, but a feature list alone does not convey how much it weighs on a manager’s day.
The Solution: We wrote a Thriller-style parody. Manager Phil is literally surrounded by demanding “zombie” residents until ActiveBuilding restores order.
