The Challenge: Muzimé needed to explain an unfamiliar idea, music discovery outside the mainstream, to first-time visitors in about a minute. In 2012, before an audience had a reference point for the product, the hard part was making an abstract concept feel exciting rather than technical.

The Solution: We built a character-driven animated explainer around Ludwig, a listener tired of hearing the same songs on repeat. A visual shift from a gray, uniform city into a vivid cosmic world dramatizes the moment of discovery, so the metaphor carries the entire product story without a feature list.
